The Liberia Elections Observation Network (LEON) expresses its gratitude to all institutions and stakeholders who supported and contributed to the success of its Data-Driven Election Reform and Advocacy survey work. We are particularly grateful to our data clerks, trainers, surveyors, long- term and short-term observers, to our regional coordinators who worked so hard to ensure that relevant data was captured in the field, and to the Carter Center for the technical support that she continues to provide.

Special mention goes to the Carter Center (TCC) Democracy Program (DP) Lead Taona E Mwanyisa for the conceptualization of the project, the TCC Peace Data Scientist Michael Baldassaro, who provided direct technical assistance, Prince Gboneh the TCC DP Data specialist who worked hard to oversee the conduct of the survey and the geo-mapping excise, Windor Dorko Tarplah the TCC Senior Program Officer in conjunction with Flomo Mau Maiwo the LEON Programs Coordinator for their invaluable editing of the report and to Augustine SM Tamba the Head of Secretariat of LEON for the overall supervision of the project. We also pay special tribute to the Carter Center’s Innovation Hub team for seeing value in this project and the support provided during the inception phases of the project. The list is endless, and we have attached the annexure…a full list of those who participated on the project.
