LEON monitors (LTOs) track social economic issue in the 73 electoral districts. Findings are file through ELMO. Like past ones, this report contains findings on social economic trends/activities for the month of October from our infield monitors in the 15 political subdivision of Liberia. The report highlights social economic developments across Liberia. The report highlights recurring social economic developments that are impacting citizens lives in an unfavorable way generally.
